Balance Divorce Mediation is a Full Service Divorce Mediation Practice.
Amy Wilhelmi, LMFT leads couples or individuals securely through all aspects of the Divorce process including these roles as a:

Divorce Mediation
In divorce mediation, you and your spouse—or, in some cases, the two of you and your respective lawyers—hire a neutral third party, called a mediator, to meet with you in an effort to discuss and resolve the issues in your divorce. Most mediations end in a settlement of all of the issues in your divorce.
Child Specialist for Divorcing Couples
Working with the children, the child specialist

1) offers support and comfort during a stressful time

2) makes available a place and context for them to share their story about what’s happening in their family

3) allows them an opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns they may be reluctant to bring up with their mother or father, and

4) encourages them to identify specific hopes and fears about their immediate circumstances and the future.

Divorce Coaching
A divorce coach is a specially trained divorce professional who takes you from where you are now, and helps you get to where you want to be once your divorce is over. A divorce coach focuses on your future, and helps you devise a workable plan for getting through your divorce so you can create the future you desire.
Co-Parenting Coaching
Divorce and Co-Parent Coaching offers guidance through the transition from spouses/partners to co-parents. Whether you’ve been married, lived together or simply have a child you want to raise as co-parents, learning to work together in the best interest of your child is the purview of the co-parent coach. Most common use of co-parent coaching is in developing a parenting plan. However, many parents access the guidance of a co-parent coach for implementing their parenting plan after divorce/separation, reducing conflict, and developing practices and protocols that work in two-home families.

you to thrive.

It is our goal to minimize impact of divorce on children and relationships. We will coach you on how to make this happen. We want to keep your children mentally healthy and feeling safe.

We work to resolve issues out of court so that a judge doesn’t get to decide what you’re doing with your life. YOU DO! – You can do better than Litigation.

We value a direct, pro-active, and solution oriented approach.

We encourage our clients to look toward the future and not their past.
IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND BRIGHT!
